"May my mind come alive today to the invisible geography that invites me to new frontiers"

Why I Started
"I am motivated to pursue health and wellness coaching as an opportunity to inspire people to take ownership of their lives by accessing inherent strengths to thrive."
"I am an active participant in enhancing my well-being. All components must operate in balance to optimize our mind, body, and spirit."
Vast information exists on the internet, seemingly in support of perfect health. I have trekked every path one can imagine in search of something to alleviate fatigue and restore my positive mindset. Reading the best books, buying various supplements, clicking on links, listening to friends and sessions with healers left me even more tired and frustrated. Surely, a better path exists for those who truly want to experience an energetic fulfilling life.
The exhaustive search I endured led me to health and wellness coaching as an opportunity to engage others and prevent the never-ending search for something “out there”.
We all have the capacity to engage our inner resources to optimize health and we are unique in how we respond to our environment. Information from the internet or social media cannot be our guide. Our guide is within us; the spark that knows what to do and will support our movement forward if we just look, peel off limitations, and honor the information coming in.
"My role as a physical therapist, for over 30 years, requires manually and mentally lifting patients from a state of illness to improvements in strength and ability, returning them to their lives."
In addition to my physical therapy title, I completed a Master of Business Administration in 2019, gained my certification in health and wellness coaching through Catalyst Coaching Institute in 2020 and attained National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaches in 2021.
My career as a physical therapist provides a sense of urgency to the importance of well-being when faced with any difficult circumstance including critical illness.
My current area of study involves coursework through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and approved courses through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. Future quests are Heart Math Certification, Spiritual Intelligence Training and Certification and Mind Based Stress Reduction.
After years of chasing all the options out there, I am settling into my new role as co-creator with my individual spirit. I am ready, willing, and able to add my own distinct touch serving others as support for optimal health and well-being.

"I practice self-care through nature, engaging with my pup Charlie, connecting with friends, eating nourishing food, meditation, routine spiritual study, music and exercise. I prioritize activities to deepen my self-awareness and connection to my intuitive nature."
